TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

Use of the langelli.com website (www.langelli.com) - a division of the company Langelli Custom Suits LLC, or any of its services implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To protect your own interests please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before accepting them. If you are uncertain as to your rights or want any explanation about our Terms and Conditions, please email admin@langelli.com. We invite you to print these Terms and Conditions or we can email them to you upon request. These Terms and Conditions contain the whole of our agreement relating to your purchase including information about our pricing and contact details. They cannot be varied unless an approval to do so is signed by the Owner or Director of the Company Langelli Custom Suits LLC (a limited liability company)/www.langelli.com. If any part of these Terms and Conditions are declared void for unfairness pursuant to the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contract Regulations 1999, the remaining contract shall continue to bind the parties excluding the specific unfair terms exception(s).

RESALE OR THIRD PARTY SUPPLY

Even without a prior written agreement all goods supplied are for personal use and are offered also for re-sale. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any person or company. If you are interested in re-selling our products in larger scale, please contact us in advance in order to become an approved affiliate.

DELIVERY POLICY

The total turnaround time depends on the delivery option selected on the website during checkout. We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Rush Delivery. For custom products (suits, blazers, shirts), we estimate that the total turnaround time, if you selected Standard Delivery Option, will take up to 20 business days, while for Rush Delivery Option it will be 15 business days. These times are applicable only in case that you provided accurate Measurement profile. If our team identifies any discrepancy in the measurements you provided, you will be immediately contacted, and the delivery time would commence once your measurement profile is confirmed. Delivery of accessories and swatches will take up to 3 business days. We will use all reasonable endeavors to adhere to the delivery times set out, but please note these are not guaranteed. In case that you would like to receive your product quicker than the stated delivery timeframe please contact us in advance to see if we are able to assist you with this request. We kindly ask you to notify us within forty-eight hours of receiving your product.

All products are sent out via trackable mail service (DHL) which normally takes between 2-5 business days once you have received shipping confirmation. A signature is required in order to receive the product; thus we are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

If we expect the delivery to take longer, we will notify you of any delays. The customer will be requested to provide billing and shipping address details during the ordering process. Www.langelli.com will initiate the shipping to the shipping address (not the billing address), and the customer is liable to provide correct address details and to be available for delivery.

Shipping - Once your product(s) has been dispatched the usual time in transit is between 2-5 business days. This can vary slightly depending on worldwide location. We will not be held responsible or offer any form of refund for delays in the delivery of your product as it is due to a third party and is out of our control.

MODIFICATIONS

In case you want to change your order details or your measurement profile for order you have already placed, please contact our customer service representatives as soon as possible at admin@langelli.com. We are able to amend the product(s) you ordered only if production has not begun. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the acceptance of your request for modification.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can place your order using secure encryption (the Internet standard for secure transactions). Our secure payment service providers are PayPal and 2checkout.com. Please, review the websites www.paypal.com and www.2checkout.com for detailed information. All of our payment options are 100% secure for our customers. Langelli.com intends to provide you with the safest and most secure shopping experience possible. Since offerings and technologies change we reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of our website at any time without prior notice.

REFUND POLICY AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at admin@langelli.com as soon as possible.

Langelli Custom Suits offers a “No questions asked” money back guarantee that is valid during the production of your garment(s). This means that you can cancel your order anytime pre-shipping. In order to avoid non-serious orders, a cancellation fee of 20% will be deducted from the payment you made when ordering.

If you receive your product and you think it doesn`t fit perfectly and it requires an adjustment, we will issue a refund so you can visit your local tailor who can correct the fit. Our Customer Service Team will provide you with an Alteration form. Please take it with you to your local tailor, who will write down the alterations made. Once you email us the Alteration form and the tailor’s receipt, we will process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be for the amounts of: $130 for suit (jacket + pants); $80 for jacket; $60 for pants; $50 for shirt. Refunds will be offered for 12 months after placing your order.

If your local tailor thinks that your garment cannot be adjusted, you should please email us at admin@langelli.com within 30 days of placing your order. Once we receive your email request together with the Alteration form from your local tailor and 3 photos of yourself wearing your garment, we will immediately send you instructions on how to return your garment back to us for a remake. Please note that the options you selected during the customization process and the fabrics cannot be changed anymore.

If you are not fully satisfied with your custom garment and you think it cannot be adjusted by a local tailor or remade, you are entitled to request a full refund. If so, please submit your refund request within 30 days of receiving your product at admin@langelli.com. We will send you instructions for the return shortly. Once the product is received, we will immediately issue the refund. Please know that full refunds are only applicable to unworn, unaltered and undamaged custom garments. Any promotional products received must be returned as well. For international returns, please declare the contents as "returned clothing" with a declared value of $1 USD to avoid being assessed any customs duties.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY POLICY

We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing you with the means to make secure purchases.

We will not sell or pass the information we collect on to any third parties. Where you have given your agreement, we may also use it to communicate with you by email when we have information we think may be of interest to you. In this section we refer to "personally identifiable information", which is information that enables us to identify you, such as your email address, name, and postal address. Like many e-commerce web sites, langelli.com works with PayPal, which is a 100% secure online payment service provider. Our chosen partners are securely managing all customer data in accordance with consumer data protection legislation. This is also applicable for our retail partners, such as ccnow.com and 2checkout.com.

The website uses the following cookies: we are using Google Analytics. This cookie allows us to see information on user website activities, including, but not limited to page views, source and time spent on website. The information is depersonalized and is displayed as numbers, meaning it cannot be tracked back to individuals. This will help to protect your privacy. Using Google Analytics, we can see what content is popular, and strive to give you more of the things you enjoy reading and watching. Using Google AdWords/Bing ads/Yahoo ads code, we are able to see which pages helped to contact from submission. This allows us to make better use of our paid search budget. We use remarketing codes to log when users view specific pages, allowing us to provide targeted advertising in the future.

Langelli.com respects your privacy rights and provides you with an access to the data you may have provided us with. If you wish to access or amend any Personal data that we hold about you (your Right to Access) or request that we delete any information about you (your Right to be Forgotten), please contact us at admin@langelli.com.

The majority of our customers are based in the USA. We have set up facilities in order to receive a garment you may return. If you are based in the USA, you may return a garment to: 848 N. Rainbow Blvd. #1500, Las Vegas, NV 89107. Our operational physical headquarters is based in Tsar Osvoboditel Str. 27, BG-7800, and may be used as postal address for all international customers outside our key markets.

GENERAL TERMS

Langelli.com will make every effort to ensure that the website and other services are available continuously but reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part at any time with or without notice. Unless specifically exempted, any new features, services, or software applications introduced shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any change shall be effective immediately after it appears on the website. Each time you use the service you are deemed to have accepted any such change. We accept no liability to the fullest extent allowed by law for the accuracy of information contained on the website that may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. However, this provision does not affect your statutory rights and remedies. We are cooperating with a specialized law office in each of our key markets (USA, Canada, UK & Australia) in order to protect and enforce our rights.

In no circumstances will Langelli.com or its owner/directors be liable for any loss or damages, whether direct, or consequential arising out of: (a) your use of Langelli website, services, or your inability to do so; (b) your reliance on any content and/or: (c) goods and services in any way associated with the site and services. (d) Taxes and duties which maybe be due in your state or country. We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage caused by us, our directors, our employees, our agents or the owner of this domain, in circumstances where: (a) there is no breach of duty of care owed to you by us or by any of our directors, our employees or agents; (b) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach; (c) any increase in loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions; (d) such loss or damage relates to any business or non-consumer loss or damage including, without limitation lost data, lost profits, and business interruptions. Langelli Custom Suits is a limited liability company, and all possible liabilities are limited to the company's stock capital and the owners and directors of the company are held free of personal liability. We do not accept any responsibility for items held or delayed by Customs. We deliver to 40 countries around the world, and we are unable to keep track of all local import regulations.
