Alterations

Need an alteration? It's on us, up to $130, in the next 12 months.

You think your suit or shirt doesn’t fit perfectly? This is very rare, but could happen. In case any of the products you ordered with us needs to be altered, please email us at contact@langelli.com. Our team will discuss the matter with you, and advise on the alterations that need to be made. After that you can visit a local tailor of your choice to correct your fit. We will issue a refund up to:

• $130 for suit (jacket + pants + vest)

• $80 for jacket + vest

• $70 for pants

• $50 for shirt

Our Customer Service Team will provide you with an Alteration form. Please take it with you to your local tailor, who will write down the alterations made.
Once you email us the Alteration form and the tailor’s receipt, we will process your refund within 7 days. We will also adjust your measurements profile so your future orders will have a perfect fit!

Alteration refunds are available within 12 months of receiving your custom-made product.

Remake

Can't be adjusted? No worries! Just send it back and we will make a new one! Free of charge, of course!

We always strive for perfection! If your local tailor thinks your suit or shirt cannot be adjusted, we will make a new one for you!
Please, within 30 days of receiving your order, submit your remake request by email at contact@langelli.com..
The request should include our alteration form (filled in by your tailor, indicating the changes that should be made) and 3 photos of yourself wearing your jacket buttoned up (front, back and side photos). Once we receive your request, we will send you instructions on how to return the unalterable garment and we will start the production of the remake as soon as possible.

Please note that the options you selected during the customization process and the fabrics cannot be changed anymore.

Return

Not satisfied? We are really sorry to hear that! Send it back and you'll get a full refund.

If you are not fully satisfied with your custom garment for any reason, you are entitled to request a full refund. In this case, within 30 days of receiving your product, please submit your refund request via email at contact@langelli.com.. We will send you instructions for the return right away. Once we receive the product, we will immediately issue the refund. Please consider that full refunds are only possible for unworn, unaltered and undamaged custom garments.
